Minister of Finance and Public Enterprises Hassan Zareer today received a courtesy call from H.E. Kong Xianhua, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to the Republic of Maldives.

The meeting focused on the implementation of projects under the Development Cooperation Agreement between the Government of Maldives and the Government of the People’s Republic of China. Discussions also explored potential initiatives to further support the Maldives’ development efforts and reaffirmed the commitment of both countries to strengthening their longstanding partnership through continued cooperation on shared development priorities.
