Minister Moosa Zameer delivered the keynote address at the 8th Asia Initiative Meeting in Malé. He reaffirmed Maldives’ commitment to international tax cooperation, transparency and sustainable economic growth through proactive reforms and multilateral engagement.

As Maldives serves as the Co-Chair of the #AsiaInitiative, Minister Zameer emphasised the importance of capacity building, inclusive dialogue, and collective action to strengthen tax systems and mobilise resources for climate adaptation, education, and healthcare.
