I can’t seem to connect to SAP, what do I do?

When trouble shooting a connection error it is best advised to get assistance from your ICT section and follow the guidelines given below:

  1. With the help of your ICT section, try to find if you could reach GOM network from your local area network (LAN).

  2. If you can reach the GOM network and still can’t seem to connect to SAP, please contact NCIT to check if there are any other issues that might be preventing the connection.

  3. If no such issues are found, please contact SAP Support regarding the issue for our assistance.
