I have accidentally locked my account while trying to reset my password using the initial password that was sent to me, what do I do?

In such a case, send us an email to mentioning the issue along with the password that was sent to you. We will look in to the matter and if in fact there was an issue with the password sent or any other factor that might have prevented you from logging in, we would unlock the account and resend a new password. But if no such issues were found, a new password reset request will be required to reset and unlock the account.
