What if the User does not have an official email address?

If the user does not have an official email address assigned to him/her, they will need to come to Ministry of Finance and Treasury in-person for password resetting. Also an official request must be sent from their respective agency regarding the password reset, prior to the arrival of the user.

Key points to remember when resetting password for Users that do not have an official email address assigned to him/her:

  • An official request must be sent from the government agency requesting for password resetting. (Written / email).

  • Users National ID card will be required for identification purposes.

  • Passwords will not be handed to others on behalf of the user.
